About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Programs will develop and lead community strategies that align Adobe's priorities with the needs of creative professionals. They will design and execute high-impact programs, build lasting relationships with key leaders, and measure the impact of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Lead Strategy: Leverage insights and trends to drive and implement community strategies that bridge Adobe priorities with the needs of creative professionals. Balance long-term vision with tactical impact, ensuring actions support strategic launches.
  • Drive Key Leader Programs: Own the development and execution of high-impact programs. Identify and steward key community leaders, turning their influence and passion into measurable contributions toward business objectives. Build lasting relationships with key leaders for program success.
  • Marketing Messaging & Communications: Craft and implement clear, transparent, and trusted communication between Adobe and the creative community, ensuring people understand not just what Adobe is doing but why – building trust, advocacy, and stronger sentiment.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Community Marketing, Product, Social, and other key teams to ensure actions are strategically aligned with product launches and key business objectives.
  • Measure & Optimize Impact: Establish clear metrics to track the impact of programs, using data to continuously refine and improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in strategy, consulting, product marketing, product management, brand strategy, partnerships, operations, or innovation — with a track record of turning complex problems into actionable solutions
  • Proven experience designing and launching complex programs end-to-end
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Data-driven, with strong experience managing budgets and reporting against critical metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent strategic experience a huge plus

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and moving work forward without direct authority
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $140,100 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
