Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Revenue)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to key departments influencing product strategy and market execution
• Lead and scale a high-performing team aligned with company goals
• Own and evolve merchant growth forecasting translating insights into actionable strategies
• Lead target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking to deliver insights to leadership
• Build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve decision-making
• Identify key drivers of performance and drive accountability against business goals
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives for strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data science
• Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in people management with a hands-on approach
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
