About the role
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Global Marketplace and Ecommerce Regulatory, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This role involves analyzing regulatory trends, managing risk assessments, implementing controls, and communicating back to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring laws, regulations, and policies within the specialty area.
- Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input.
- Analyze compliance data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Manage legislative assessment strategies, forecasting regulatory trends and conducting gap analyses.
- Oversee impact assessments of proposed policies and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress.
- Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Promote adherence to company ethics, policies, and integrity standards across teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and compliance risk management within complex organizational environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in policy development, continuous improvement processes, and fulfillment compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey compliance strategies and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze regulatory trends, conduct impact assessments, and develop strategic responses to evolving legislation.
- Demonstrated capability to drive execution of business plans, remove obstacles, and promote ethical standards and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
