Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI‑enabled sourcing and category strategy design, solution configuration, deployment, testing, and knowledge management.
- Advise clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translate findings into sourcing strategies, actionable insights, total cost of ownership, and should‑cost models.
- Lead multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast‑paced client service environment.
- Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI‑enabled sourcing technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
- Conduct value chain and supply chain mapping, product teardown, and value analysis/value engineering activities to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Build client stakeholder relationships, present recommendations to executives, and direct teams to support delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
- 5+ years of experience in direct materials spend analytics, Request for Proposal (RFP) and strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
- 8+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects for sourcing and procurement engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client and industry needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing should‑cost models for direct materials, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and logistics cost analysis.
- Experience performing value analysis/value engineering and product teardown activities to identify design‑to‑cost, specification, or material substitution opportunities.
- Experience leading strategic sourcing for direct categories, including RFP execution and supplier negotiations.
- Experience using Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and spend analytics for direct material categories.
- Experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including supplier performance management, supply continuity, or dual‑sourcing strategies.
- Experience using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or iValua, including AI‑enabled sourcing or category management tools.
Pay
The estimated compensation range for this role is $171,600 to $338,300, reflecting factors such as skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis and are not typically at the top of the range. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and individual/organizational performance.
