Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, MSSP

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, MSSP to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a team focused on partner enablement, technical adoption, and solution support across a managed security services ecosystem. The position combines people leadership with forecasting, coverage planning, and business review ownership to help drive partner success and growth. You will also work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to remove technical barriers, surface feedback, and strengthen go-to-market execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $319,000 annually Responsibilities Lead a team of Solutions Engineers to enable the partner ecosystem and drive technology adoption. Assist partners in understanding the company's benefits and overcoming technical challenges. Build and empower technical champions across partners while supporting their go-to-market strategies. Recruit, coach, and develop Solutions Engineers, focusing on career and technical growth. Manage regional forecasting, coverage planning, and quarterly business reviews for partner segments. Identify partnership opportunities and guide the team in resolving technical objections. Gather feedback from partners to inform product management and improve solutions. Qualifications 10+ years in the field, including 6+ years in Sales Engineering. 3-5 years of people leadership experience managing technical teams. Experience in forecasting, coverage planning, and business reviews for technical teams. Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills for diverse audiences. Background in MSSP, MSP, or similar environments with knowledge of cybersecurity solutions. Familiarity with cloud computing environments and security compliance, especially AWS and Azure.
