Senior Manager, Solution Engineering

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Build and lead a customer-focused, high-performing team emphasizing business outcomes
• Recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers to enhance team performance
• Train team members on new features and processes for continuous learning
• Foster collaboration with Sales to drive revenue growth and support team goals
• Develop streamlined processes and impactful collateral for stakeholder engagement
• Optimize workflows by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Maintain strong relationships with various business functions to exceed objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales engineering teams
• 10+ years of relevant sales engineering experience
• Proven leadership in customer-facing roles with strong people management skills
• Experience in building teams from scratch and active participation in deal execution
• Ability to foster collaboration among team members and cross-functional partners
• Strong understanding of key roles and workflows in go-to-market organizations
• Familiarity with sales technologies, AI concepts, and security considerations

Pay

$255,000 – $300,000 annually
