About the Role

As Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team of Program Managers responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs, implementations, and strategic initiatives that support national growth and operational excellence. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational leadership, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across a portfolio of programs.

You will be accountable for establishing best-in-class program management practices, driving alignment across business and technology functions, and ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable value and delight our clinicians, patients, and operational teams. As a trusted partner to Product Management and Technology Leadership, you will translate strategic priorities and initiatives into executable programs and projects, coach and empower your team to operate with autonomy and excellence, and drive outcomes that support LifeStance’s mission of helping people lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Provide coaching on complex program and project delivery, stakeholder management, and executive communication to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery execution across all initiatives, including scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Use data to make prioritization and resource allocation decisions in partnership with Solution Delivery and Technology leadership and stakeholders, and proactively resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment between product strategy and solution delivery priorities.
  • Establish and standardize solution delivery methodologies, templates, artifacts, governance frameworks, and best practices, lead enablement efforts across the department, and ensure effective adoption and ongoing utilization of resources.
  • Ensure effective escalation management and resolution of critical program issues, and provide clear, concise, and actionable communications and updates to leadership around program risks, issues, impacts, and outcomes.
  • Represent Solution Delivery in project scoping and discovery sessions, and develop data-driven delivery roadmaps, forecasts, and RAID logs.
  • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and career development plans for direct reports.
  • Build and maintain strong and trusted partnerships with executives, business and clinical stakeholders, and third-party partners.
  • Stay current on relevant LifeStance product and solution capabilities in order to align project goals and outcomes with evolving business value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program/project management, including leadership of large-scale enterprise software implementations, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing program or project management teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional program portfolios in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid solution delivery methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of program governance, risk management, and common project management frameworks and standards.
  • Proficiency with implementing and/or managing enterprise healthcare software (EHR systems such as Athena, AdvancedMD, Epic, etc. strongly preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, overseeing resource planning activities, and tracking utilization and operational performance.
  • Proficiency with common project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, etc.).
  • Experience leveraging data and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, behavioral health environments, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes, build teams, and drive organizational change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders, paired with meticulous attention to detail across written communications, status reports, and project plans.
  • Natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.
  • High-energy, team-first attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay

$143,000 - $177,000 annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan.
