About the role

Responsible for overseeing the merchandising and digital experience strategies for a major retail site. This includes managing product placement, online marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for product placement and online marketing campaigns.

  • Evaluate and optimize digital experiences based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and product placements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
