Senior Manager, SAP Implementation and Integration

Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANALead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANALead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectivesTranslate and map user requirements into database and software application design Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirementCreate project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customersBe able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvementsResolve customer support issues Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS teamCollaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments and customers Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processesDefine project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar professional fieldsMinimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experienceMinimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP SAP Deployment experience is a mustPrior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integrationPeoplesoft experience is a plus Prior experience working in a rapid development environmentStrong written/oral communication and project management skills Benefits Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Flexible spending accountCommuter benefitsDisability insurance The annual salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000.
