About the role
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across Priceline’s Accommodations business by identifying, implementing, and scaling tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to bring scalable solutions to life, using data and AI to modernize workflows and unlock meaningful business impact.
- Identify and lead high-impact opportunities to improve operational workflows through tools, automation, and AI, that improve speed and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Commercial teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Coordinate cross-brand tool and solution development.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of new tools, such as CRM and AI-enabled workflows across the Accommodation organization.
- Maintain and monitor performance of implemented solutions and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
- Support pilot programs and scale successful initiatives across markets and teams.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI and automation use cases with measurable outcomes.
- Provide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve tooling, reporting, and operational processes.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to accelerate delivery.
- Lead an operational team, setting the vision and objectives, while managing senior stakeholder requirements.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and performance accountability within the organization.
- Educate and train internal stakeholders on the benefits and usage of new tools and solutions.
- Effectively communicate and present performance findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or process improvement roles
- 3+ Years of experience as a People Leader
- Entrepreneurial thinking, with a proven track record of implementing innovative ideas, processes or products in complex organizations
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with implementing AI solutions, automation, or workflow tools, with the ability to apply them to real business problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Curious, solution-oriented, and motivated to challenge the status quo
- A strong teammate with a “get it done” attitude and ownership mindset

- There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
