The Role
Overjet is searching for a Sales Enablement builder to create the engine that turns great reps into great closers. As Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you'll own the entire rep readiness lifecycle: from onboarding new AEs into a complex clinical sale, to building the playbooks, coaching rhythms, and tools that drive consistent performance at scale. This is a builder role — you'll inherit some foundation and be expected to dramatically raise the bar.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the full sales enablement program — onboarding, ongoing training, playbooks, and certifications, ensuring every rep can articulate Overjet's clinical value clearly and convert at a high rate
- Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Clinical to translate product updates, competitive shifts, and market insights into rep-ready content and talk tracks
- Own the tools and content infrastructure — CRM guidance, enablement platforms, call recording analysis — so reps spend time selling, not searching for answers
- Measure what matters: track ramp time, quota attainment by cohort, and content utilization to continuously refine programs and demonstrate enablement ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement or a related role with a clear enablement arc — SaaS/AI strongly preferred
- Experience with clinical/healthcare products is a plus
- Proven track record building or significantly scaling enablement programs at a growth-stage company, not just maintaining inherited systems
- Deep fluency in complex B2B sales cycles — you will need to understand the dental office buying dynamic (doctor vs. office manager, PMS integrations, ROI conversations) or be able to get there fast
- Strong coaching instincts with a structured methodology — you can watch a call, diagnose what went wrong, and give feedback a rep can act on immediately
- Data-driven and self-directed — you build with outcomes in mind, know how to measure what you build, and don't need a committee to make decisions
