About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams
  • Evaluate and optimize sales enablement processes to improve outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales enablement strategies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
