Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

This role is with a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Revenue Operations roadmap with Revenue leadership
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and revenue performance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders
• Design and continuously improve GTM processes for lead management and onboarding
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost productivity and minimize manual efforts
• Manage the Revenue technology ecosystem and oversee system administration
• Create executive dashboards to provide actionable business insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 4+ years of proven people leadership experience
• Deep expertise in administering HubSpot CRM with Sales and Marketing Hub
• Experience in designing scalable operational support processes for Sales and Customer Success
• Strong understanding of subscription SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
• Proven skills in managing multiple integrated GTM systems
• Exceptional project management and change management capabilities

Pay

$130,000 – $155,000 annually
