- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
About the role
Job Purpose ...
Then Responsibilities: list each bullet. We need to extract responsibilities from the block after "What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be". Let's list them: - Accelerating the RGM thinking across the Skin Cleansing portfolio to: Actually that's a heading? The text: "Accelerating the RGM thinking across the Skin Cleansing portfolio to:" then sub-bullets: * Accelerate business growth by truly embedding RGM thinking into the organization * Drive continued & tangible impact in our P&L * Accelerate capabilities development * Help crafting necessary work to define growth roadmap, core Pack & Price Architecture (PPA). * Elevating RGM KPIS and Rhythm into the BU Performance Management agenda & Customer Business Development teams to land consistent execution. * Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, economic drivers, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy * Optimize channel-customer / pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers * Validate Category SPI guidance & destination for key Brands, along with SPI compliance & focus needed * Run pricing models to provide recommendations on optimal price points across the portfolio and monitor competitive pricing activity and impact * Optimize channel-customer / pack mix and identify design for channel packs to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers * Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Some duplicates: "Optimize channel-customer / pack mix" appears twice (once for profitable growth, second for identify design for channel packs). Keep both. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The block "Experiences & Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED" includes: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in Economics or Finance or related field), MBA a plus - 5-7 years of experience in RGM/NRM, CS&P, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, Consulting or Data Science. - Excellent Analytical Skillset with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel - Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, financial/strategic modeling - Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas - Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills - High attention to detail and a bias for action - Strong understanding of 5 Levers of RGM - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure - Problem Solving, possess solid judgment, and decision-making ability, deal with ambiguity. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate: we omitted EEO, legal, etc. Now output HTML fragment. Check for any duplicate content: we included responsibilities list; we should not include the introductory sentence "Accelerating the RGM thinking across the Skin Cleansing portfolio to:" as a separate bullet? It's a heading before list; we can incorporate as part of first bullet? Actually the text: "Accelerating the RGM thinking across the Skin Cleansing portfolio to:" then bullet list. We can treat that as a lead-in sentence; we could include as a
before the
- . But instruction: use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
preceding the list if needed. Let's include a short
"Accelerating the RGM thinking across the Skin Cleansing portfolio to:" then the
- .
Similarly for responsibilities we might have other introductory sentences? The block starts with "What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be". We'll not include that as heading.
