Senior Manager R&D Quality Analytics & Portfolio Insights

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D Quality leadership to target quality concerns and emerging risks
• Develop key quality indicators and risk metrics aligned with regulatory quality principles
• Conduct in-depth analyses across multiple studies to identify systemic risks
• Create and maintain analytical tools for independent quality oversight
• Translate business needs into actionable data objectives and specifications

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments
• Proven expertise in R&D Quality standards, including GCP, GLP, and GVP
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, and Python for data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytics and machine learning to quality issues
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management principles
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical insights to diverse stakeholders

Pay

$136,500 – $181,500 annually
