Senior Manager Quality Engineering

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Manager Quality Engineering to lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering teams across multiple delivery squads for the FSI portfolio
• Establish and implement a portfolio-wide quality vision and standards
• Drive automation-first testing practices for UI, API, and integration testing
• Implement quality gates and release criteria within CI/CD pipelines
• Manage the QA signoff process and provide recommendations on release readiness
• Define and monitor quality KPIs, including defect leakage and production incidents
• Collaborate with leadership on release planning and risk management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience focusing on engineering and software quality
• Proven track record in driving software quality and operational stability through automation
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing requirements while collaborating with technical teams
• Demonstrated quality-first mindset and passion for enhancing consumer experience
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud software development in AWS or Azure

Pay

$118,450 – $260,590 annually
