Senior Manager Program Management - Payment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for team performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development conversations
• Oversee complex payment-related programs ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders related to assigned programs
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and program delivery quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or transformation leadership in complex, matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including performance management and employee development
• Proven ability to coach others and build high-performing teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for leading through influence and collaboration
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or operational transformation preferred
• PMP or comparable certification required
