Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers
- Establish clear expectations and accountability for team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development conversations
- Oversee complex payment-related programs ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders related to assigned programs
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and program delivery quality
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program or transformation leadership in complex, matrixed environments
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred; master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including performance management and employee development
- Proven ability to coach others and build high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for leading through influence and collaboration
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or operational transformation preferred
- PMP or comparable certification required
