About the team

The Corporate Real Estate Technology team leads strategic technology initiatives that shape Walmart’s real estate portfolio and workplace experience. Collaborating with senior leaders, the team defines goals, anticipates challenges, and establishes measurable success criteria. Members apply expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. The team drives innovation through effective project management, financial oversight, and technology strategy development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define goals, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by conducting analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
  • Evaluate program performance using key metrics, ROI analyses, and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement adjustments.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program and project management with a focus on driving business plans and operational priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementing best practices aligned with company strategy.
  • Proficiency in decision making, communication, and managing complex initiatives with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Skilled in contract management, procurement, and customer relationship management to support business objectives.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (e.g., project management, compliance, operations management).
  • Project Management Certification.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $155,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock for certain positions.
