About the role
For nearly four decades, CoStar Group has shaped the way professionals understand, transact, and manage real estate. As we expand our leadership in real estate information and technology, we seek a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation for CoStar, the most comprehensive platform for commercial real estate information, analytics, and news. This role is pivotal in defining how we connect our data-driven solutions with business customers across multiple industries, driving awareness, adoption, and growth.
This position is based in Arlington, VA, and requires in-office work Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies that drive growth across B2B customer segments.
- Define differentiated value propositions that articulate CoStar’s industry leadership in data, analytics, and technology.
- Lead launch planning for new features, enhancements, and market initiatives.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, content marketing) to generate awareness and demand.
- Create engaging, customer-focused content including web copy, case studies, testimonials, videos, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Build narratives that simplify complex concepts and resonate with decision-makers.
- Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics to inform positioning, optimize performance, and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Partner with sales, product, and research teams to align product roadmaps with market needs and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Equip sales teams with the tools, materials, and messaging frameworks needed for success.
- Identify new opportunities to increase product adoption and expand reach within existing and emerging markets.
- Champion experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across marketing programs.
- Travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within data, SaaS, technology, or analytics-driven industries.
- Proven success in designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Demonstrated track record of collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

Pay
Base Compensation: $134,000.00 - $182,000.00 annually.
