Role Overview
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- You will lead product marketing for Onto Innovation’s wafer edge and backside inspection solutions within the semiconductor process control space and be the voice of these flagship technologies.
- Create compelling positioning and go-to-market programs that underscore Onto’s technical advantage and business impact for advanced packaging, HBM, hybrid bonding, logic, and memory fabs.
- Bridge engineering, sales, applications, and customers to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership in semiconductor process control and inspection.
- The ideal candidate combines strong semiconductor domain expertise with strategic marketing and customer-facing communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with wafer edge inspection, notch inspection, bevel inspection, backside defect detection, or advanced packaging (W2W bonding) inspection solutions.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabs, foundries, IDM environments, or OSAT customers.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in semiconductor inspection and defect classification is a plus.
- Experience supporting products for bare silicon/substrate is a plus.
