About the team
Capital One Compliance and Ethics (C&E) is looking for a Manager, Product Manager to help reimagine the way compliance is implemented across the enterprise. In this role you will partner with key stakeholders, gather business requirements and user insights, translate them to engineering teams, and prioritize within a product roadmap.

Basic qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing; or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4 years of product management experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Pay
Full‑time annual salary ranges (by location):
- McLean, VA: $200,700 – $229,100
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 – $208,300
- Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 – $208,300
- New York, NY: $219,000 – $249,900
Candidates hired in other locations will receive the salary range applicable to that location. The role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
