Senior Manager, Product Management - Text Analytics

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for hybrid text analytics technology
• Design evaluation frameworks to balance model accuracy with operational requirements
• Continuous enhancement of existing systems for improved topic detection and sentiment analysis
• Lead and prioritize operations for a team of product managers in text analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to market complex features effectively

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in product management with over 3 years managing teams
• Experience in AI/ML product delivery, particularly with NLP or text analytics
• Technical fluency in classical ML and modern LLM techniques
• Ability to manage trade-offs in cost, latency, and performance for large-scale deployments
• Demonstrated success in building and shipping enterprise software at scale

Pay

$253,500 – $333,000 annually
