About the role
Lead a high-impact team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive actionable insights across product, customer, and business domains. Develop and oversee data strategies and performance metrics that inform decision-making within the smart home ecosystem. Partner with senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, scale analytics infrastructure, and promote a data-driven culture. Define, track, and own key product and customer experience metrics throughout the product lifecycle. Oversee scalable analytics architecture, dashboards, and internal tooling to democratize insights across teams.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, including 2+ years in leadership or managerial positions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience with database technologies such as BigQuery, MongoDB, Postgres, Firestore, Redis, or Spanner.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or Elastic, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer journey, and key business KPIs, with the ability to influence product and business strategies through data.
