At destination, we aim to empower customers with real-time intelligent payment experiences which are seamless, personalized and resilient. We are a multi-tenant platform, with services that span across the end-to-end journey for payments for Capital One's consumer loan products.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Personal Loan Disbursement space. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Personal Loans Disbursements, including integrating Discover Personal Loans onto Capital One's payment platform. You will balance near-term integration needs with a long-term product vision and own a capabilities roadmap that unlocks customer and business value.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
