About The Team
At Capital One, risk management is central to the business. The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is modernizing risk management by leveraging technology to shift from reactive to proactive and manual to automated processes. As a Product Leader, you will drive the transformation of critical products supporting the core business. Capital One’s senior leaders have prioritized this transformation, and the GRCx team will lead the charge in product, technology, and data investments. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following (with the degree expected on or before the scheduled start date):
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field), Business, or Marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. Actual compensation will be reflected in the offer letter and may include performance-based incentives (e.g., cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives).
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $164,800 - $188,100 (Manager, Product Management).
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $179,700 - $205,100 (Manager, Product Management).
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management).
Candidates hired for other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with their work location.
