About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product to join our Ad Formats Product Management team within the Revenue Product organization. You will lead a team of Product Managers to develop and scale a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Ad Formats product area, aligning with Snap’s broader business goals and delivering innovative solutions that empower advertisers and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Managers to develop and scale a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ad Formats, ensuring alignment with Snap’s broader business goals.
  • Originate and execute scalable, transformative ideas that address advertiser needs and deliver long-term impact.
  • Build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Use data and analytics to understand performance, identify growth patterns, and optimize or sunset underperforming products.
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
  • Mentor less experienced PMs, contribute to recruiting, and help build a strong Revenue Product organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or a Master’s and 9+ years of experience).
  • 2+ years of experience managing product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on Ad Formats.
  • Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, including defining product needs, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.

Skills

  • People management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against objectives, and communicate results clearly.
  • Collaboration with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Initiating and driving emerging projects from strategy to completion.
  • Clear and concise communication across a matrix organization.
  • Product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis.
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements.

Pay

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $251,000–$377,000 annually.
  • Zone B: $238,000–$358,000 annually.
  • Zone C: $213,000–$320,000 annually.

Schedule

This role follows a “default together” approach, with an expectation to work in an office 4+ days per week.
