Senior Manager, Process Management
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the development of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives.
- Define, establish, and manage process controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups.
- Make final recommendations for approval on process changes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance data management practices, processes, controls, and validations.
- Maintain formal process documents (e.g., procedures and diagrams) and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams).
- Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes.
- Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends.
- Consult and represent well-managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing solutions.
- Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on process health.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues, and risk events.
- Create and validate processes.
- Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 6 years of Process Management or Risk Management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- 3+ years of experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry.
- Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

- Collaborative team player with an ability to positively shape and influence effective organizational outcomes.
- Eagerness to participate in special projects for the team.

- Appreciative of organizational science and theoretical frameworks that prescribe how to achieve optimal organizational results.
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location:
- McLean, VA: $163,900 - $187,100
- Plano, TX: $149,000 - $170,000
- Richmond, VA: $149,000 - $170,000
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
