Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the analyst team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Manage workflow for the team based on regulatory and business priorities
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for consistent performance across teams
- Cook up executive-level materials for communication and governance-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or related field; Master's or Juris Doctor preferred
- 7+ years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing professionals in a regulatory, security, or compliance function
- Proven track record in analyzing and interpreting regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements
- Familiarity with healthcare or other highly regulated industries, especially regarding CMS program requirements preferred
