Senior Manager, Privacy & Security Regulatory Engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the analyst team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Manage workflow for the team based on regulatory and business priorities
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for consistent performance across teams
• Cook up executive-level materials for communication and governance-related activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or related field; Master's or Juris Doctor preferred
• 7+ years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing professionals in a regulatory, security, or compliance function
• Proven track record in analyzing and interpreting regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements
• Familiarity with healthcare or other highly regulated industries, especially regarding CMS program requirements preferred
