Pricing Strategy & Commercial Support

  • Define and lead pricing models for technology lifecycle management contracts and service offerings.
  • Design scalable, standardized, and globally consistent pricing frameworks and governance models.
  • Structure leasing, subscription and project finance pricing solutions.
  • Partner with sales leadership on large, strategic deals, ensuring financial robustness and funding feasibility.
  • Drive margin performance across geographies, customer segments, and asset classes.
  • Lead pricing innovation initiatives aligned with evolving market dynamics, including AI infrastructure, energy assets and high-performance computing assets.

Financial Modeling & Portfolio Analysis

  • Own and develop financial models (NPV, IRR, discounted cash flow, and lifecycle value models) to support pricing, investment and funding decisions.
  • Model residual value curves for servers, GPUs, networking, storage, and endpoint devices.
  • Develop scenario models for asset reuse, redeployment, resale, and disposal strategies.
  • Support portfolio valuation, refinancing analysis, and capital deployment initiatives.

Credit Analysis & Funding File Preparation

  • Lead the preparation of credit and funding files to support internal credit approvals and external financing processes.
  • Develop comprehensive credit memos including financial modeling, risk assessment, asset valuation, and transaction structuring.
  • Partner with finance providers, and external lenders to align on funding structures and requirements.
  • Ensure all financing cases are supported by robust financial analysis, sensitivity scenarios, and downside risk assessments.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, auditability, and governance for all funding and credit submissions.
  • Support negotiation and structuring of funding terms by providing data-driven insights and financial analysis.

Data Center & Lifecycle Economics

  • Lead financial strategy and modeling for enterprise and (hyperscale) data center lifecycle solutions.
  • Develop frameworks for asset monetization, decommissioning strategies, and circular lifecycle optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI infrastructure economics, Energy, GPU lifecycle modeling, and emerging market trends.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable pricing, investment, and funding strategies.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across sales, finance, asset recovery, and operational teams globally.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, funding strategy, and operational execution.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic partners, investors and finance providers.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain pricing tools, valuation models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve pricing methodologies driving automation and scalability, financial modeling accuracy, and analytical processes.
  • Track key financial and operational performance indicators.
  • Prepare investment memos, business cases, and executive-level financial presentations.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant financial certifications are considered an asset.
  • Substantial experience (over 7 years) in financial modeling, pricing analysis, asset finance, leasing, infrastructure finance, technology lifecycle management, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting commercial pricing, investment analysis, or portfolio valuation activities in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, NPV, IRR, residual value modeling, and portfolio valuation methodologies.
  • Experience developing advanced financial models and commercial pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT hardware markets, leasing models, circular economy concepts, or data center infrastructure including energy is considered an asset.
  • Experience analyzing lifecycle economics, refurbishment strategies, or secondary market asset values is preferred.
  • Experience working in an international and cross-functional business environment is valued.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills required.
  • Experience with financial modeling tools and large datasets.
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
