Essential Functions
- Sell a full menu of ticket products for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX including, but not limited to, premium suites, shared premium hospitality, and grandstand tickets.
- Build new prospects by consistently networking and actively making sales calls to new clients.
- Produce revenue via traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person and virtual meetings, office visits, and networking.
- Maintain daily and weekly KPIs including, but not limited to, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, set meetings, and completed meetings.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals as determined by the Sr. Director, Premium Sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.
- Attend race week to ensure great customer service to all clients and fans.
- Assist the Ticket Sales & Service department in various duties as needed.
Supportive Functions
- Attend sponsored and sales events within the local community.
- Aid in event planning and coordination of sales/services related events.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in B2B ticket and suite sales in sports and entertainment industry highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success navigating and closing six figure deals with C-Level executives.
- Proven track record of closing new six and seven figure, multi-year deals.
- Expert negotiator with the ability to conduct and lead sales presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills; Ability to influence diverse audiences ranging from executive leadership to frontline audiences.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes.
- Able to always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must possess a professional demeanor and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requires.
- Qualified candidates must be able to work in the United States.
- This position requires this individual to be in-person at our Las Vegas, NV office.
