About the role
The Senior Manager, PR role at Sincere is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy to elevate the profiles of the company's family of brands including Punchbowl, Lovebird, Timehop, and Memento. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the public relations strategy that elevates our brands, drives awareness, and fuels conversation
- Secure high-impact media coverage, grow our share of voice, and strengthen our reputation in the market
- Turn cultural trends, product launches, seasonal moments, consumer behavior, and company milestones into timely PR opportunities
- Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and creators across the industry
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound media inquiries and influencer activations
- Develop press releases, messaging, talking points, media pitches, and other press materials
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Partner with executives to build their thought leadership through speaking engagements, awards, and media opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social, Content, and Product teams to ensure our storytelling is clear, consistent, and on-brand
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in public relations and earned media for well-known consumer brands (agency or in-house)
- A track record of turning products, company milestones, cultural trends, and consumer insights into meaningful media coverage
- A proven playbook for how to craft & execute a PR strategy that drives results
- A creative mindset with a knack for finding compelling stories where others don't
- A relentless approach to pitching, follow-up, and finding a fresh angle when the first one doesn't land
- The confidence to say what's working, what's not, and what should change
- The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional writing skills with a talent for crafting compelling brand stories
- Impeccable communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Proven success in managing and leading PR teams
- Experience in developing and implementing PR strategies for multiple brands
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.
