Senior Manager, Platform Operations, Medicaid Proposals

What You'll Enjoy In This Role

• Leading initiatives that improve proposal operations and business performance.
• Partnering across teams to implement new tools, processes, and training programs.
• Designing and implementing process improvements that simplify workflows, improve consistency, and enhance proposal team performance.
• Developing and delivering onboarding, training materials, workshops, and learning programs that build organizational capability and increase platform proficiency.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provide visibility into proposal activity, operational health, and performance trends.
• Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable operational initiatives and scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
• Experience administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools such as Asana.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or proposal development environments.
• Experience supporting request for proposal (RFP) or business development teams.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), APMP certification, or similar professional certification.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
