Senior Manager Pharmacy Services Accounting
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Assess financial risks and implement controls to protect financial integrity.
- Improve accounting processes by developing procedures and increasing automation and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect financial information and support business initiatives.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, manage liquidity, and work with finance and treasury teams to optimize working capital.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance feedback, and goal setting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills.
- Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant professional certification, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
