Senior Manager Pharmacy Services Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Assess financial risks and implement controls to protect financial integrity.
• Improve accounting processes by developing procedures and increasing automation and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect financial information and support business initiatives.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, manage liquidity, and work with finance and treasury teams to optimize working capital.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance feedback, and goal setting.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills.
• Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn, and develop others.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant professional certification, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
