About the Role

The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Programs is a strategic thinker who analyzes market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop effective product and program strategies. They work closely with market, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure that new programs and solutions meet the needs of customers, regulatory requirements, and corporate goals. As Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Program Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, and execution for complex, multi-account pharmacy programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work across Rx COE and key pharmacy stakeholders to drive pharmacy business strategy and business development.
  • Oversee Pharmacy program development, management, and delivery from inception to evolution.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain Pharmacy program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Collect, organize, and understand market and client needs to develop and evolve programs and services.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Coordinate related programs and projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals.
  • Ensure the entire program is completed and aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or another related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience with product or program management.
  • Previous Medicaid experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $96,500.00 - $137,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
