This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Direct the management of operational aspects of pharmacy UM services for assigned segment
- Support managers with program monitoring and alignment with goals
- Monitor team dependencies and performance to identify risks and escalate issues
- Manage implementation of corporate and departmental projects impacting UM operations
- Manage operations of overall utilization management programs and ensure compliance
- Identify new initiatives and modifications to improve competitive position
- Evaluate pharmacy industry trends and recommend interventions to support goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Pharmacy
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- A current pharmacy license required; NC licensure may be needed
Pay
$143,616 – $229,786 annually
