Senior Manager, Pharmacy Product

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide product vision and strategy for a consumer-facing healthcare offering, with a strong focus on roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and product health. The position partners closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to incorporate customer needs, use data-driven insights, and deliver business value at scale. It also calls for a leader who can coach others, foster a collaborative team culture, and drive execution in an Agile environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with product leadership to integrate customer perspectives
• Build and align feature roadmaps, providing recommendations to leadership
• Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to ensure business value
• Use performance data to identify product health issues and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching and feedback

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or a related role in IT/software development
• 7+ years of software product management experience with large-scale consumer-facing products
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, especially Scrum or Kanban
• 5+ years of product leadership experience driving cross-functional collaboration
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader, coach, or mentor

Pay

$130,295 – $284,280 annually
