Senior Manager - Performance Marketing & Analytics, US Card Search Engine Marketing (Hybrid)

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
• People management experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience in marketing analytics and optimization
• Experience in project management
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, especially with high volume and multi-million dollar marketing budgets
• Experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 8 years of experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media
• At least 5 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in marketing or business
• 9+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media
• 6+ years of experience managing people
• 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar marketing budgets
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
• 3+ years of experience with marketing analytics and optimization
• 2+ years of experience using Ad Platforms
• 2+ years of experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
• 2+ years of experience in project management

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $161,500 - $202,800 for the Senior Manager, Marketing positions in McLean, VA, and $161,500 - $184,300 for the Senior Manager, Marketing positions in Richmond, VA. Actual annualized salary amounts offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
