Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact to manage patient cases and help remove access and financial barriers
- Execute the transition of Expanded Access Program patients after FDA approval with urgency and care
- Manage escalation processes with field reimbursement partners, insurance providers, and specialty pharmacies
- Ensure timely communication with patients and providers throughout the case lifecycle from enrollment to resolution
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards to track and resolve access barriers compliantly
- Support a patient advocacy culture while collaborating with access teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current state RN license required
- 7 to 9+ years of experience in oncology, patient access, market access, or pharmaceutical patient service programs
- Experience supporting specialty or oral oncology launches; start-up or high-growth environment experience preferred
- Strong understanding of payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy and distribution models, reimbursement processes, and patient support program operations
- Exceptional communication skills, compliant documentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Extensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Adverse Event (AE) reporting
Pay
$187,200 – $208,000 annually
