Senior Manager, Pass-Through Taxation

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services, overseeing client portfolios and acting as primary contact.
• Manage teams of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to market and business development activities.
• (For Senior Managers only) Manage engagement risks, finances, billing, collections, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials required or within one year of hiring.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring staff.
