Role Overview

Seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join the Business Tax Services practice, providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client portfolios, act as main contact, and manage teams of tax professionals
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and services, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
• Contribute to market activities and identify new business opportunities
• (For Senior Managers only) Manage engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and team mentoring

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of pass-through and partnership tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials required (or within one year of hire)
• Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and leading teams
• Strong industry knowledge and client service skills
