Senior Manager, Pass-Through Taxation

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax compliance and advisory services, overseeing client portfolios and acting as the main contact.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assist clients with complex tax issues.
• Contribute to market activities and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in pass-through and partnership tax; eight years for senior roles.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional credentials (CPA, JD/LLM, EA).
• Experience managing multiple engagements and client teams; mentoring staff for senior roles.
