Senior Manager, Paid Social

About the role

Fi is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who's personally scaled Meta, TikTok, etc. at meaningful spend, runs creative testing like a system, and doesn't take platform numbers at face value. You'll own the channel end to end — strategy, execution, budget, and results. Performance marketing sits at the center of our growth, and the decisions made in this seat move real revenue.

What You'll Do

• Own hands-on, full-funnel execution across paid social — Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and beyond. You own the channel mix, build the campaigns, manage bidding and budgets, and execute across the full portfolio yourself
• Drive your channel's contribution to our blended CAC target, partnering with Finance on true unit economics
• Own the creative brief-to-test pipeline and keep a steady flow of new concepts in market
• Maintain measurement and signal quality: CAPI, TikTok Events API, pixel health, conversion tagging, and exclusion hygiene
• Build reporting in Northbeam and Databricks and own the weekly performance narrative
• Run incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies) to validate net-new customer acquisition
• Lead peak planning for product launches, BFCM, and holiday

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of hands-on channel mix ownership at meaningful spend, ideally at a DTC or subscription brand
• A track record of scaling efficiently against CAC or ROAS targets with real examples
• Fluency with Advantage+, TikTok Shop, Spark Ads, CAPI, and server-side tracking
• Strong creative instincts and experience running structured creative testing
• Comfort interrogating your own numbers — SQL or BI tool experience is a plus
• Bonus: hardware/subscription experience, incrementality testing background, or built a channel from scratch

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$250,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
