Senior Manager-Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll Implementation Lead (U.S. or Canada)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• 5-7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws
• Ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
• Industry insights and opportunity identification based on client challenges
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
