We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Company Description: At National Vision we believe... etc. That's company description; could be part of "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading. Could include company description there. Job Description: includes role description, what would you do? That's responsibilities. Qualifications: Education, Work Experience, Additional Skills. Additional Information: benefits etc. We need sections: About the role (company description + role overview), Responsibilities (What Would You Do? sections), Requirements (maybe Education + Work Experience?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have qualifications: Education, Work Experience, Additional Skills. Could map to Requirements (education+experience) and Qualifications (maybe same). But we can combine. Better: Use About the role (company description + role overview). Responsibilities (the detailed duties). Requirements (education + work experience). Qualifications (maybe the specific module expertise etc). Skills (additional skills like API, SQL, OCI, leadership). Benefits (the benefits paragraph). Pay and Schedule: not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Pay and Schedule. We must preserve all substantive info. Ensure we don't lose details. Let's extract content. Company Description paragraph: "At National Vision we believe everyone deserves to see their best to live their best. We help people by making quality eye care and eyewear more affordable and accessible. National Vision is one of the largest optical retail companies in the United States with over 1,200 stores. We operate four retail brands: America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Eyeglass World, and Vista Optical inside select Fred Meyer stores and on select military bases. We offer an innovative culture where training is a priority, hard work is praised, and career growth is a reality." Then "We are hiring for a Sr Manager, Oracle Fusion Applications to join our growing team!" That's job title line; we should not repeat as heading but can include in About the role? Probably we can include that sentence as part of About the role. Job Description paragraph: "We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Sr. Manager, Oracle Applications to serve as the senior techno-functional owner of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Supply Chain footprint, within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SCM, EPM, and OCI organization. This is a hands-on, leadership role with no immediate direct reports — the person in this seat is the senior-most functional authority on the team, but does not carry formal people-management responsibility at time of hire. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT, and as the primary point of escalation for functional issues that require senior judgment — above the level typically handled by AMS/vendor support. In addition to hands-on configuration, solution design, and troubleshooting, this role owns the functional roadmap in partnership with the Director, participates directly in AMS/SI vendor governance, and represents Enterprise Applications in front of Finance and Supply Chain leadership. As the organization insources additional scope from our Application Managed Services provider, this role is expected to be the foundation a small functional team is built around." Then "What Would You Do? The Specifics." Then subsections: Functional Ownership & Roadmap, AMS/Vendor Governance, Month-End Close (MEC) Support, OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting, Integration Support & Troubleshooting, Technical & Configuration Activities, Collaboration, Stakeholder Management & Project Delivery. We need to capture all bullet points? The posting uses paragraphs, not bullet lists. We need to convert to
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The content is in paragraph sentences; we could treat each sentence as a list item? The instruction: "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the content is not explicitly a list (no bullet points), we could keep as

. But we could also break into list items for clarity. However we must preserve all substantive information; converting sentences to list items is okay as long as we don't lose info. Probably better to keep as

      for prose, and only use

      • when there is an explicit list (like benefits). The benefits paragraph includes a list: "health and dental insurance, 401k retirement savings with company match, flex spending account, paid personal time off, paid company holidays, parental leave, employee eyewear discount, and much, much more." That's a list; we can make
        • . Similarly, qualifications: Education, Work Experience, Additional Skills could be list. Let's structure:

          About the role

Company description + hiring line + role overview (the Job Description paragraph before What Would You Do?).

          Responsibilities

Maybe we can list the responsibilities from What Would You Do? subsections as

          • each.

            Actually we need
            • for list of duties. So we can create a
                with each duty as
              • . We'll need to extract each duty from the subsections. Let's parse responsibilities: Functional Ownership & Roadmap: - Serve as the senior functional owner and subject-matter authority for Oracle modules: AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, and PA in Oracle Cloud (Fusion). - Partner with the Director, Financial Systems to build, prioritize, and continuously manage the ERP/SCM improvement roadmap. - Act as the senior escalation point for functional issues beyond the scope of AMS/vendor support — including issues requiring cross-module judgment or business-risk assessment. - Configure, maintain, and optimize module setups including chart of accounts, ledger configurations, subledger accounting (SLA) rules, payables options, asset books, and procurement policies. - Partner with business owners to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. - Support and participate in system upgrades, patches, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release reviews. AMS/Vendor Governance: - Participate directly in Application Managed Services (AMS) governance — including triage of incoming work, prioritization against the FlexOps/enhancement backlog, and quality review of vendor-delivered configuration and reporting changes. - Serve as a working-level counterpart to the AMS provider's functional leads, ensuring consistent standards and knowledge continuity between internal and vendor-delivered work. Month-End Close (MEC) Support: - Provide dedicated support during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles, ensuring all financial processes complete accurately and on schedule. - Troubleshoot and resolve AP invoice holds, payment processing issues, GL journal import errors, FA depreciation exceptions, and PA cost allocation problems. - Coordinate with accounting teams to resolve issues in real-time during close windows, minimizing business disruption. - Document MEC procedures, known issues, and resolution steps to build a sustainable knowledge base. OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting: - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) analyses, dashboards, and reports for Finance, Procurement, and Project stakeholders. - Build BI Publisher (BIP) reports including payment templates, invoice aging reports, asset schedules, PO status reports, and project cost reports. - Translate business reporting requirements into optimized OTBI subject areas and custom report objects. - Train end users on self-service OTBI report creation and dashboard navigation. Integration Support & Troubleshooting: - Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle and third-party systems. - Review interface error logs, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with technical developers, the Solutions Architect, and business teams. Technical & Configuration Activities: - Write and execute SQL queries against Oracle database tables for data validation, issue investigation, and ad-hoc analysis. - Leverage Oracle Cloud configuration tools to manage setups across responsibility definitions, approval workflows (BPM), lookups, and flexfields. - Support FBDI data loads for mass uploads of invoices, journals, assets, purchase orders, and project transactions. - Review and interpret Oracle technical documents, patch notes, and API documentation as needed. Collaboration, Stakeholder Management & Project Delivery: - Act as a trusted liaison between Finance/Supply Chain business leadership, IT, the Solutions Architect, QA, and external Oracle implementation partners. - Lead system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, system design, UAT coordination, and go-live support. - Develop and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and training materials. - Engage directly with Oracle Support (SR management) for escalated product issues. - Represent Enterprise Applications in stakeholder meetings with Finance and Supply Chain leadership when the Director is unavailable or delegates representation. - Mentor AMS/vendor resources, BRM leads, and any future junior analysts on functional standards, documentation practices, and Oracle leading practice, in anticipation of formal people-management responsibility as the team grows. That's a lot; we can keep as list items. Now Requirements: Education and Work Experience. Education: "Four year college degree or equivalent experience." Work Experience: "8+ years hands-on Oracle ERP, EPM, and SCM experience, including significant experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (Required) Demonstrated expertise in the following modules: AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, PA. (Required) 4-6 years OTBI and/or BI Publisher report development experience (Required) Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. (Required) Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes. (Required) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. (Required) Ability to translate technical concepts for Finance, Supply Chain, and business leaders. (Required) Proven ownership mindset with the ability to lead without direct support resources. (Required) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. (Required) Self-starter who proactively identifies and resolves issues. (Required) Collaborative partner who builds trust across business, technical, and vendor teams. (Required) Growth-oriented leader interested in building and scaling a functional team. (Required)" Also Additional Skills: "Experience owning a functional roadmap, including prioritization and stakeholder management. (Required) Experience working with outsourced AMS or managed services providers. (Preferred) Knowledge of API and file-based system integrations. (Preferred) Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. (Required) (duplicate) Working knowledge of SQL. (Preferred) Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). (Preferred) Previous people leadership experience or readiness to lead a growing team. (Preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. (Required) (duplicate) Ability to translate technical concepts for Finance, Supply Chain, and business leaders. (Required) (duplicate) Proven ownership mindset with the ability to lead without direct support resources. (Required) (duplicate) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. (Required) (duplicate) Self-starter who proactively identifies and resolves issues. (Required) (duplicate) Collaborative partner who builds trust across business, technical, and vendor teams. (Required) (duplicate) Growth-oriented leader interested in building and scaling a functional team. (Required) (duplicate)" There's duplication; we need to preserve all substantive info but avoid repeating same sentences? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicates are substantive but repeating them may be okay; but we could deduplicate to avoid redundancy while preserving meaning. Safer to keep unique points. We'll create Requirements section with education and work experience (including required years, modules, OTBI, production experience, month-end close). We'll also include required skills like analytical, communication, translate concepts, ownership mindset, manage priorities, self-starter, collaborative, growth-oriented. Qualifications section could contain the specific module expertise and OTBI experience? But we already included those. Maybe we separate: Requirements =
