About the Role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Regional Inventory Control, to lead the new ORIC team in North America. Based in Houston, you will ensure inventory accuracy, supporting financial close and fulfillment goals. Reporting to the North America Operations leader, you'll collaborate with the OGIC Hub, Manufacturing Partners, and Finance. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse, distributed team and elevate inventory control standards.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance interactions between people, processes, and technology, developing programs, tools, and skills to support team progress.
  • Unite a distributed team around shared standards for consistent execution across North America sites.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead Senior Inventory Control Analysts in Guadalajara, San Jose, Houston, and Fort Worth.
  • Own monthly book-to-book (B2B) attestation as regional Preparer and coordinate blind cycle count programs per OPSMC74008 W.4 standards.
  • Maintain first-pass accuracy at or above 90% and escalate unresolved issues to the OGIC Hub within 24 hours.
  • Prioritize site customer concerns, classify variances, and track open issues to achieve a 10-day close rate of at least 80%.
  • Confirm corrective action closure in the RCA log within 30 days, partnering with Manufacturing Partners.
  • Report key North America ORIC metrics to the Hub PM and drive improvements in FIFO enforcement, timely receiving, and MRB resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's degree or APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification a plus).
  • 10+ years of operations experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing partner management within high-tech hardware.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Proven experience leading multi-site inventory control teams and managing analysts across manufacturing partner locations.
  • Deep expertise in cycle count program management, book-to-book reconciliation, and adjustment workflows.
  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (SAP or Oracle) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Working knowledge of consignment inventory models.
  • Track record of advancing capability through people development and process redesign.
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD, determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity. Equity and benefits are also included.
