Senior Manager, Operations - Last Mile Delivery - My Metrics
Position Summary
As a Sr. Manager, My Metrics, you will own the strategic direction and execution of My Metrics for drivers on the Spark Driver platform. You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the future of My Metrics and connect measures more directly to business KPIs. You will identify opportunities to evolve My Metrics into new business propositions, translate strategy into clear priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and impact to senior leadership while remaining closely connected to execution across the broader organization.
What you'll do
- Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for My Metrics with clear focus on driver experience, customer experience, and overall business impact.
- Ensure My Metrics accuracy and relevance to the drivers and the business considering permutations across dependent systems.
- Partner with Product to define the future vision and capabilities.
- Link My Metrics more directly to business KPIs and outcomes by ensuring they are actionable by drivers and tied to the rewards program.
- Evolve My Metrics into new business propositions and sources of value.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities and execution.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and impact to senior leadership.
About the team
The Driver Experience team focuses on enhancing the engagement of gig contractors through the Spark Driver App. The team works collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions, lead strategic initiatives, and manage projects aligned with business objectives. By leveraging strong operational and analytical skills, the team drives improvements that strengthen the overall value proposition and support Walmart’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
What you'll bring
- Experience in strategy, program management, product strategy, or related roles.
- Define multi-year strategies and execute against complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience linking strategy to measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to operate at a senior manager level: balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results at scale.
- Strong executive storytelling of strategy and results.

- The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters, Masters: Operations Management Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
