We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. The posting includes "About Us (and Our Exciting Future)" but that's not a required heading; we can map to "About the role"? Actually "About The Opportunity" is similar to about the role. We'll create sections: About the role (from About The Opportunity paragraph). Responsibilities (Key Duties And Responsibilities). Requirements (Education/Certification Level Required, Company Certification, Work Experience). Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we can combine? The instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Education/Certification, Work Experience, Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Travel Requirements. Could map: Requirements (education/certification, work experience). Skills (Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities). Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Travel requirements maybe schedule? Travel is not schedule but could be under Schedule? Probably not; schedule refers to work hours/shift. Not present. So we omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation/login instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. About Us paragraph: "Menasha Corporation is all about possibilities. Our two businesses, Menasha Packaging and ORBIS Corporation, are leaders in their industries, providing corrugated and plastic packaging products and related services to major global companies. Our employees make the difference, proving that great ideas, collaboration and quality turn possibilities into success. Working at Menasha Corporation means that your insights provide cutting-edge solutions for our customers. If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here. Join us and become part of the power behind possible." But that's generic about company; maybe we can include under About the role? The instruction: About the role heading for section about the role. Could combine About Us and About The Opportunity. However we should not invent headings; we can have About the role containing both About Us and About The Opportunity? Might be okay. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include About Us as part of About the role. About The Opportunity paragraph: "The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for safety, leadership, and profitable operation of all allocated RPM (Reusable Packaging Management) Service Centers, as well as scoping, solutioning, costing, and implementation of new opportunities. The Senior Operations Manager is expected to build and develop a team of Service Center Managers that foster a positive team culture, ensure a safe work environment, meet customer and production expectations, and drive a continuous improvement mentality with all team members." We'll include that. Key Duties And Responsibilities list: many bullet points. We'll convert each line to
  • . Education/Certification Level Required: "High School Diploma/GED Must maintain Company approved Fork Lift Operator's Licenses. Company Certification This may include one or more different types of fork lifts." We need to preserve that. Level Desired: "Bachelor’s Degree Required" Work Experience: "Minimum of 8 years direct oversight and management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with a proved track record of success and stability." Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of items. Travel Requirements: "75% travel required to support the locations assigned within their region.Valid driver’s license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required" Also there is "#ORBIS Two companies, one vision..." that's more about company; could be included under About the role maybe. We must not include EEO statement. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

    About the role

... combine About Us and About The Opportunity and maybe the ORBIS vision paragraph.

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty

    Requirements

Education/Certification Level Required: High School Diploma/GED. Must maintain Company approved Fork Lift Operator's Licenses. Company Certification: This may include one or more different types of fork lifts.

    Level Desired: Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years direct oversight and management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with a proved track record of success and stability.

    Skills

    Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

    • Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/material identifications.
    • Preferred core understanding and/or experience in supply chain related activities (i.e. transportation, reverse logistics, cleaning and sanitation, asset tracking).
    • Proven understanding of safety and OSHA compliant processes.
    • Superior leadership skills with proven ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team of people, and facilitate effective cross-business synergies. (Bi-Lingual a plus)
    • Intermediate financial knowledge sufficient to understand/build/manage financial budgets and statements.
    • Trained and proficient utilizing LEAN Manufacturing practices and at least 3 years of LEAN, 5S and process improvement experience.

    Travel Requirements

75% travel required to support the locations assigned within their region. Valid driver’s license required. Motor Vehicle Report Required.

We could also add a section for "About the company" but not required. The instruction says use headings for those specific headings only; we can add other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings if we have content; we could also add other headings? Probably better to stick to those. So we used About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Travel Requirements (but Travel Requirements is not in the list; maybe we should put under Schedule? Travel is not schedule. Could we omit Travel Requirements? It's substantive; we need to include it somewhere. The list includes Schedule; maybe travel could be considered under Schedule? Not really. But we could create a custom heading? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the expected headings; we could still add others if needed, but better to fit into existing categories. Travel requirements could be under Schedule? Not ideal. Could be under Requirements? Maybe travel is a requirement. Could add a bullet under Requirements. But the posting has a separate Travel Requirements section; we could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet. Let's do that: add a bullet under Requirements: "Travel: 75% travel required to support the locations assigned within their region. Valid driver’s license required. Motor Vehicle Report Required." Thus we don't need a separate Travel Requirements heading. Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Check if any content for Qualifications? Could be same as Requirements; but we have Requirements covering education/experience; Skills covering abilities. Qualifications maybe not needed. We must not include empty headings. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine About Us, About The Opportunity, and the ORBIS vision paragraph (the "#ORBIS Two companies, one vision..."). We'll write: Menasha Corporation is all about possibilities. Our two businesses, Menasha Packaging and ORBIS Corporation, are leaders in their industries, providing corrugated and plastic packaging products and related services to major global companies. Our employees make the difference, proving that great ideas, collaboration and quality turn possibilities into success.
