Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to achieve program milestones, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality targets.
- Develop and execute program roadmaps with measurable milestones, resource plans, and success metrics, and provide monthly progress updates to stakeholders.
- Establish strategic direction for a portfolio of initiatives by translating executive objectives into prioritized programs and guiding decision-making based on data and risk.
- Manage budgets and resources for a portfolio of programs, forecast needs, monitor spend, and report variances to finance and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading process optimization efforts, implementing standardized practices, and tracking impact through efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key sponsors to secure funding, align expectations, and mitigate risks across organizational boundaries.
- Establish governance and risk management for programs, including defining success criteria, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in operations management, project management, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

- $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
