Senior Manager of Growth, International (UK & Canada)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Growth, International (UK & Canada) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead international growth efforts across the UK and Canada, with a primary focus on driving performance in D2C channels. You will own regional channel strategy, budget decisions, and campaign execution while adapting broader growth initiatives to local market needs. This position partners closely with growth leadership, agencies, and cross-functional teams to improve performance and scale results in key international markets.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Growth to define channel strategy and budget for the UK and Canada
• Adapt US growth strategies to fit regional market needs
• Identify and test new growth channels based on regional data analysis
• Oversee a media agency executing and optimizing paid campaigns
• Track performance metrics weekly and adjust strategies accordingly
• Manage UK and Canada storefronts, including content and promotions
• Establish influencer partnerships and manage cross-functional collaborations

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing and/or D2C e-commerce
• Proven experience shaping strategy and owning budget decisions
• Expertise managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Familiarity with Shopify for site merchandising
• Experience managing affiliate marketing programs
• Strong organizational and proactive skills, with the ability to work independently
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data effectively

Pay

$140,000 – $180,000 annually
