Senior Manager of Financial Accounting Services & Systems

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the financial accounting services and systems within the organization. This includes managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic advice on financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Manage and maintain financial systems to support business operations and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic advice on financial system enhancements and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proven experience in managing financial systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within a financial department.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
